General Terms & Conditions
1. Item Reservation and Claims: Please commit only to items you're certain about. I don't tolerate joy reservers or bogus buyers.Reservations: Items can be reserved for up to 2 days, with priority going to immediate payment (PAYO). A reminder message will be sent a day before the deadline. To cancel a reservation, inform me before the deadline to avoid being marked as a joy reserver.Claimed Items: Claimed / mine-d items should be settled after receiving the order confirmation or within 2 days at most. Failure to do so will result in being noted as a bogus buyer.2. Cancellations and Refunds: Paid items cannot be canceled. Refunds are only issued if the item is unavailable. For paid items, you can opt for pasalos; just notify me of the new recipient.3. Minors Ordering: If you're a minor, please ensure your parents are aware of and consent to your orders. I want to avoid receiving calls from concerned parents.4. Response Time: I'm not a full-time seller and have other commitments outside of BNS Twitter. Please allow up to 24 hours for my response to any queries.5. I reserve the right to decline interactions with rude buyers and potential scammers.6. Shipping Schedule: No rush shipping requests, please. I follow a schedule, and parcel pick-ups will be announced in advance.7. Unboxing Videos: Please film an unboxing video once your order arrives. STRICTLY NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND. This is required since I'm not doing business for profit. All items for sale are from my own collection and I am just selling it to declutter extra items.8. Liability: Once the parcel is shipped, I'm not responsible for damages or lost packages incurred by the courier. I'll provide pictures before packing and upon pick-up.9. Unclaimed Orders: Any unclaimed orders within 6 months after purchase will be disposed of or put up for sale.Note: I won't charge a packaging fee as I'll reuse materials. Please manage your expectations; rest assured, I'll pack your items securely.By transacting with me, you indicate that you've read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
Pasabuy Guidelines
1. Order Submission: For pasabuys, kindly send your orders with photo references at least one day before the event.2. Order Confirmation: Once your orders are received, I will compile them into a masterlist and send you an order confirmation via direct message. To ensure a smooth process, please double-check your order details and make full payment in advance. This advance payment helps us manage the funds effectively and allows for contingencies in case online payment options become unavailable during the event.3. Priority Processing: On the event day, I will prioritize securing items listed and fully paid in the masterlist in the morning before the event. If you haven't paid for your orders beforehand, don't worry; I'll secure them as soon as payment is received, right after fulfilling orders that were paid in full before the event.4. Out of Stock Items: In case an item you ordered is not in stock, I will promptly notify you via direct message before leaving the booth. During this time, you may choose an alternative item, and I will secure it once I've finished fulfilling the remaining orders on the list.5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed and sent the morning after the event.6. Photo Proof: Photo proofs of your orders will be sent either on the same day after I return home or the morning after, depending on the situation.7. Shipment and Updates: Shipment schedules and other important announcements will be shared in the pasabuy group direct message (if applicable) or via direct message.8.
